Finding and Fixing a Leaking Roof
Are you noticing water stains on your walls and ceilings? The likely cause of this is because of a leaking roof, however finding where the leak is, is the hard part of the job.
If you don’t fix the problem fast, bigger problems can occur such as mould, rotted frames and destroyed insulation. So as well as a new roof, you would have to pay for all of these to be repaired. See our local resources.

Fix your roof yourself. For those that have found that their leak is on a low pitched or flat roof, you can repair the damage yourself using rubber roofing.
EPDM is a synthetic rubber membrane that is water resistant, even in extreme conditions.
Rubber roofing is maintenance free, life expectancy of 50+ years and is environmentally friendly. Start shopping for your rubber roofing repairs with the ClassicBond EPDM membrane.

How is EPDM membrane installed?
The surface MUST be clean and dry for the membrane to adhere to. You must allow the membrane to lay flat in the desired position for around 30 minutes.
When applying the adhesive, ensure that the membrane is in place with zero bumps or wrinkles. Once this has been checked, you can use a roller to go over the EPDM to achieve complete contact with the adhesive. See more information.
